foalstory: MIA?

So what do you guys think I should do here? I paid
foalstory on June 30th for a jacket she was selling on equestrian. I would have bought it sooner but she took a week or so to let me know it was still available. She told me the email address to paypal the money to on June 30th, and that's the last I heard from her. I've since commented on the post in equestrian, on her most recent LJ post (I'm not friends with her so I don't know if it's actually her most recent, just the most recent one I can see), and I've emailed her twice. The thing is, I've seen her replying to posts in equestrian in the last couple days, so I know she's been online! I emailed her 4 or 5 days ago and then again yesterday saying that I really want the jacket but just haven't heard from her, and I understand if she's been really busy and can't get to the post office, but I just want to know I'm not being screwed, and that if I don't hear from her in a couple days I'm going to protest the charges on my credit card. Still no response. I've always respected her through reading her posts on equestrian, and even have a friend in real life who has also bought a jacket from her. I really want the jacket and don't want to accuse her of anything, but I also can't afford to just toss away the 30 bucks for nothing. So should I protest the charges, or give her some more time, or what?
